With a firefighter living in the neighborhood, they drove over too see what could be done. The cat was half in the hole and half way out of the hole. Home owner took a plastic bag to cover the cat and was able to pull him out. Cat and owner are doing well.1132 hours - 27-9-2 was responding and now returning Station 2...
