MVA with Entrapment (Mutual Aid)

1304 hours - Fire Stations 34 and 27 with EMS unit 921 were dispatched to Fish Hill RD and Learn RD for a motor vehicle accident. Single vehicle vs tree, male is stuck in car and screaming for help. 

With PD on the scene reporting one patient in vehicle, request Schliers Towing and Medevac. As firefighters from Pocono Fire and EMS worked on extricating the patient, Station 27 was arriving on scene and redirect by 27-7 to set up a landing zone for Medevac behind Pocono Fire house in the baseball field. Once on scene of the landing zone flares were placed in the field to mark out the landing zone. EMS was still on scene treating the patient. Medevac was now landing. EMS with the patient was en-route to the landing zone. 

1331 hours - Fire Stations 34 and 27 for a second call along with EMS 925 were dispatched to RT 611 and Alger Ave, near the Dunkin Donuts. With Station 27 already committed to the landing zone, Station 34 was clearing the other scene along with 27-7 would now respond to this MVA. Vehicle vs motorcycle. Female laying on the ground and not moving.

With EMS and the patient now at the landing zone. Medevac would now evaluate and take over patient care. Firefighters carried the patient to the waiting helicopter.
